At Deep Roots Counseling, I help people find real, lasting freedom from trauma, distressing emotions, and patterns that have held them back—often in just a few sessions.

Maybe you’ve been pushing through for a long time. You’ve tried to reason your way out of it, stay strong, or move forward, but something keeps resurfacing. You still feel triggered, stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by experiences you thought would have faded by now.
A lot of the people I work with know they were meant for more. They want to feel like themselves again, or maybe for the first time. They don’t want to spend years circling the same issues if there’s a way to truly heal and move forward.

My approach to therapy is focused on helping you actually move forward, not staying stuck in an endless process.
I believe healing should be meaningful, effective, and accessible. I don’t believe in prolonging therapy longer than necessary, and I don’t believe things have to “get worse before they get better.”
Many of my clients begin to feel relief within the first few sessions. With Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), people are often able to resolve deeply rooted issues in just 1–5 sessions.
My goal is simple: to help you get free, feel clear, and move forward with your life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Master ART Practitioner, and nothing brings me more joy than walking alongside people as they find freedom and deep, lasting healing.
I don’t see people as broken or defined by their past. I see people as whole, capable, and full of potential, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. It’s an honor to be trusted with your story, and I would love to help you move forward in yours.

I offer two primary paths, and many clients benefit from a combination of both.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
ART is a research-based therapy that helps your brain process and resolve distressing memories, emotional triggers, and deeply ingrained patterns. It often leads to faster, lasting relief without requiring you to relive or fully verbalize your experiences.

Traditional Talk Therapy
Talk therapy creates space to understand what you’re carrying, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to navigate life more effectively. I integrate approaches like CBT, narrative therapy, and strengths-based care to support meaningful growth.
